Premium Support Subscribers
If you have an active TouchChat premium support plan subscription, you can receive immediate help via a live chat or telephone call. If you do not currently have an active support plan subscription you can purchase one here.
TouchChat Express Owners
If you own a TouchChat Express you can receive immediate help via a live chat or telephone call. A valid TouchChat Express serial number is required. Please see your TouchChat Express Users Guide for support contact information.
